* UX research, including designing and executing studies involving large datasets of unstructured written text
* Qualitative and Quantitative research methods, including text analysis, coding, natural language processing, and synthesis
* Designers, PMs, engineers, data scientists
* Coding language such as Python or R
* Familiarity with healthcare is a plus
