HIRING IMMEDIATELY – Caregivers / HCA / CNA Hours and days vary depending on client assignment Actikare Responsive In Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCA), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) with senior care experience to join our award-winning team. We are a trusted provider of high-quality in-home care, dedicated to supporting our clients’ dignity, independence, and quality of life. About the Role As an Actikare caregiver, you will make a meaningful difference by assisting seniors with daily activities, providing companionship, and helping them remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. Compensation & Benefits * Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour (HCA & CNA) * Flexible scheduling * Health, Dental & Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Leave * Free continuing education and training * Referral program * Expected hours: 12–20 per week, with potential to increase up to 40 hours Key Responsibilities * Provide friendly, supportive companionship * Assist with ambulation and mobility (inside and outside the home, including appointments and walks) * Help with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and daily living activities * Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation * Monitor clients and report any unusual changes or incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family members * Respond promptly and responsibly in emergency situations Requirements * Active Washington State CNA or HCA certification, or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program * Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation * Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks * Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in English * U.S. work authorization (required) * Strong reliability, punctuality, and professionalism * Compassionate attitude with excellent bedside manner * Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills * Physical ability to perform required caregiving tasks Equal Opportunity Employer Actikare Responsive In Home Care is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
