Korzen Health is seeking a  full-time Wound Care Physician (MD/DO)to lead a high-volume,  outpatient clinic in the busy Lakeland, FL market , in partnership with  Healogics , the nations leading provider of wound care services.

Why This Role?

• Monday-Friday, 8 AM5 PM
• No nights, no weekends, no on-call
• High patient volume (25-30 patients/day)
• Lucrative compensation with base salary, Medical Director stipend, and a  high bonus potential
• Full support team in place: RN, case manager, front/back office, and HBO staff
• Modern, procedure-focused setting,  no inpatient rounds

Requirements:

• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in your core specialty
• Active FL license and DEA (or ability to obtain)
• Strong procedural skills (e.g., I&D, suturing)

This is a highly  procedural environment,  ideal for providers who enjoy working with diabetic and vascular wounds. Wound care or HBO experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Most patients are seen multiple times per week over extended periods, allowing providers to build meaningful, long-term relationships with both patients and their families.
