Appliance Repair Technician

Position Summary:

We are seeking skilled Appliance Repair Technicians who enjoy problem-solving, working with their hands, and improving the lives of families in their community. This role offers a positive team environment, ongoing training, and a work-life balance with no nights or weekends required.

Employment Type: Full time-$21.00-$40.00 per hour

• Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.

• Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding required services.

• Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.

• Collect payment for completed work.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• 2+ years of professional residential appliance repair experience.

• EPA License.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

• Sealed system repair experience.

• Residential appliance experience.

• R600 Lokring experience.

Location & Compensation:

• Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan

• Pay: $21.00 – $40.00+ per hour (hourly wage plus production-based incentives, depending on experience and productivity).
