Job Overview The Assistant Property Manager is the primary point of contact for daily property operations, including housekeeping, inspections, maintenance, and after-hours support. This role is the second in command below the President, and will be required to oversee weekend coverage. The Assistant Property Manager coordinates repairs, manages inventory and vendor relationships, and ensures properties meet safety, cleanliness, and guest-ready standards. They work closely with the Business Development and New Listing teams to support new property onboarding, owner communications, and scheduling of property updates. Strong organization, communication, and tech skills are essential for managing tasks efficiently and maintaining high service standards.
