PE backed company is seeking an experience Chief Financial Officer to join their team. This position is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, PE sponsors, and Board in shaping and executing the company’s financial and growth strategies.
Lead all aspects of financial planning, analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and reporting .
Oversee Human Resources and Administrative functions to ensure integrated business operations, including talent management, organizational development, and compliance.
Optimize NetSuite ERP across the organization
Provide financial leadership through M&A activity, integrations, and growth initiatives.
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
Build relationships with banks, auditors, lenders, and external stakeholders.
Drive operational efficiency while supporting a strong, people-first company culture.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as CFO (or senior finance executive) within private equity-backed companies.
Strong track record in the consumer products sector (distribution / sales; not manufacturing).
Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP (required).
Skilled in scaling businesses, driving profitability, and navigating ownership transitions.
Strong leadership ability with oversight across finance, HR, and administration .
Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with institutional investors.
