What You’ll Do as a Brand Ambassador

✔️ Build quality relationships in the community while representing the Crunch brand.
✔️ Generate leads through conversations and community engagement.
✔️ Execute key pre-sale marketing actions like handing out flyers and managing social media presence.
✔️ Support the management team at pre-sale events such as site activations, BBQs, one-day sales, and our grand opening party.
✔️ Act with integrity—only collecting quality leads from genuinely interested potential members.

Who We’re Looking For

• Outgoing and energetic personality—you love talking to people!
• Organized and detail-oriented—you get things done efficiently.
• Service-minded & team-oriented—you thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Professional and self-motivated—you take initiative and lead by example.
• Effective communicator—both in person and online.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
• Willing to work outdoors, on your feet for extended periods when needed.
• Must have valid drivers license and dependable transportation
