Job Description

NestFix Maintenance Corp . is looking for certified Handyman,HVAC /Plumber/Electrical t echnicians  to join our team. The Handyman,HVAC /Plumber/Electrical will be based out of our NewYork office and is responsible for providing on-site client installation, repairs, and maintenance of the issues. 

The ideal candidate is prompt and reliable, has superior support skills, and has excellent communication. He/she will have a proven track record of client satisfaction and be motivated to provide superior service.

Responsibilities:

• Serve the client— Oversee all site inspections and perform thorough evaluations of reported issues. Conduct proper inspections to accurately identify the problem. Provide detailed and precise material pricing and estimated labor hours. Ensure all assessments are complete and reliable. Maintain strong relationships with customers and follow company guidelines throughout the process.
• Professional Conduct and Compliance— Maintain punctuality and a high level of professionalism at all times. Demonstrate respectful and courteous behavior with tenants while on-site. Follow all instructions provided by the vendor manager to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Must provide a copy of his/her certifications
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• General understanding of material pricing
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently and promptly
• Strong communication skills, especially in maintaining consistent contact with the vendor manager
• Professional attitude and accountability on the job
• Knowledgeable about all safety requirements
