Job Description 

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Line Worker to take up an important role within our production team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembly line tasks such as sorting, raw food handling, food preparation, packing, loading, and unloading, and operating machinery.

Our ideal candidate has experience in a production environment, has a keen eye for detail, and is committed to meeting production targets without compromising on quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and production equipment according to company guidelines and protocols.
• Perform assembly line tasks such as sorting, packing, loading, unloading materials, handling of raw food and food preparation.
• Inspect products for defects and immediately report any issues to line supervisors.
• Meet production quotas, ensuring timely delivery of products to locations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all health, food and safety regulations set by the company and regulatory agencies.
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Production Line Worker or relevant role
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
• Understanding of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Willingness to work in shifts and flexible schedules
