In addition to an online store, Rexel USA has a distribution network of over 460 warehouse storefront locations throughout the U.S. **Job Description** **We are looking for a Lighting Product Specialist to join our Rexel team in JACKSONVILE FL!** Summary: The Commercial Lighting Specialist is responsible for providing expert knowledge of electrical systems, including both low-voltage and high-voltage applications. This role requires a strong understanding of lighting technologies, the ability to communicate complex technical information in layman's terms, and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing lighting retrofits and repairs. What You'll Do: + Commercial Lighting Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of lighting systems, switchgear, and site lighting to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions + Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to clients and team members in an easily understandable manner, ensuring clarity and comprehension + Lighting Solutions: Design and propose lighting retrofit solutions that enhance energy efficiency, improve performance, and meet regulatory standards + Customer Support: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance on lighting solutions and best practices + Training and Education: Offer training sessions and workshops for clients and team members on commercial lighting technologies, energy efficiency, and maintenance practices + Documentation: Maintain accurate reports of site assessments, proposals, and service reports to ensure project management and follow-up + Other duties as assigned Job Duties Disclaimer: The information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job.
