Palm Casual Full-Time Office Manager Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

• Answer all incoming calls with world-class customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Provide prompt follow-up to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. 
• Handle Deliveries: Notify customers of any delays or issues immediately, with a new ETA.

Office Duties:

• Maintain high organizational standards. 
• Handle deposits, ordering, tracking cushions, and filing paperwork.
• Inventory counts (a few times per year). 
• Open transactions reports.
• End-of-month reports.

Showroom & Facility Maintenance:

• Keep the showroom and bathrooms 100% clean and presentable at all times. 
• Perform regular dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning tasks. 

Sales Support:

• This is a great opportunity to observe and learn valuable sales skills from your team leader.
• This will allow you to assist with sales as needed, growing your confidence on the sales floor.

Saturdays are a mandatory workday.
