Clinical Roles & Compensation

Pediatric Dentist

• 34% of Collections (including nitrous & imaging)

• $1,250 Daily Draw (guaranteed for first 6 months)

• $40,000 Signing Bonus

  • Paid in four $10,000 installments over 12 months

  • Full clawback only if leaving before 2 years

Pediatrics-Focused General Dentist

• 32% of Collections (including nitrous & imaging)

Schedule & Structure

• Full-time role
