Project Manager (E-Mail Migrations)
6+ Month W2 Contract (No C2C/No Visa Sponsorship/No Student Sponsorship)
Onsite daily in Pleasanton, CA 94588 [Local candidates ONLY]
Pay up to $70/hr. (No PTO and No Paid Holidays)
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end email system migrations, including planning, coordination with IT teams, risk mitigation, and post-migration validation.
Project Manager & Scrum Master – Digital Employee Experience - Collaboration Technology
You'll play a pivotal role in developing and managing the project plan for email migration, coordinating with IT teams and stakeholders, identifying and mitigating project risks and conducting post-migration validation and testing This position requires a unique blend of technical project management expertise, agile methodologies, and a deep understanding of employee needs.
Proven Experience
6+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally within a software development or IT environment.
Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a track record of successful Agile project delivery.
Experience working with agile dashboards to track metrics.
Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-Starter: Proactive, independent, and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Customer Focus: Dedication to delivering exceptional employee experiences through technology.
Nice To Have
Experience in managing large scale migration projects
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certifications.
Technical Background: Experience with software development or IT infrastructure.
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $65.00/Hr. - USD $70.00/Hr.
