You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various roofing issues, replacing flashing, and performing minor siding repairs. Learn more at . Key Responsibilities - Inspect and diagnose roof damage, leaks, and system failures
- Repair shingles, flashing, underlayment, and membrane systems
- Replace or repair metal flashing and drip edge components
- Perform minor siding repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
- Operate and maintain company tools, materials, and vehicles
- Communicate effectively with homeowners and internal team members
- Document work performed and escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in roofing repair (3+ years preferred)
- Proven proficiency with flashing installation and repair techniques
- Light siding repair experience is a strong plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working at heights on steep, multi-story roofs
- Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Strong commitment to jobsite safety and professionalism
