You will play a crucial role via the following:_ + Build and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, and Change Management + Connect the ServiceNow platform with other systems and applications using technologies like REST/SOAP. + Create custom scripts, including Business Rules and Script Includes, to automate processes and meet business requirements + Perform administrative tasks, such as user and role management, system maintenance, and health checks + Customize user interfaces, forms, and workflows to align with business needs + Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for issues related to integrated processes and platform functionality + Work with end users, stakeholders, and management to define and create reports, dashboards, and data analysis products + Contribute to IT-related technical processes reviews, postmortems, and continual process improvement + Create estimations on effort required to produce ServiceNow functionality + Grow junior talent through mentoring, partnership, and technical reviews + Maintain current ServiceNow and industry certifications, while obtaining additional certifications **WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED** _Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The likely salary range for this position is $123,250 - $166,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
