About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and motivated Travel Consultants to join our growing travel team! As a Travel Consultant, youll help clients plan, book, and experience their dream vacations. Youll provide expert recommendations, handle bookings from start to finish, and deliver outstanding customer servicewhether its a family getaway, luxury cruise, or group adventure.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking travel including flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages.
Provide personalized recommendations based on clients needs, preferences, and budget.
Research destinations, travel restrictions, and supplier promotions to provide up-to-date information.
Handle payments, confirmations, itinerary details, and documentation accurately.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
Resolve travel issues, changes, or cancellations quickly and professionally.
Stay current on travel trends, supplier products, and destination knowledge through ongoing training.
Promote company services and referral programs to grow your client base.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred (travel industry a plus!).
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Passion for travel and creating unforgettable experiences for others.
Basic computer skills; ability to learn booking systems (training provided).
