In this role, you’ll manage core laboratory responsibilities with meticulous attention to accuracy and safety. Key duties include performing and validating chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and transfusion-related testing as assigned; operating and maintaining automated analyzers and manual methods; conducting rigorous quality control and proficiency testing; investigating and resolving results that don’t align with expected patterns; documenting all procedures in accordance with SOPs; and communicating critical findings promptly to the clinical team. You’ll interpret data, troubleshoot instrumentation, participate in method validations, and contribute to continuous improvement projects that elevate efficiency and reliability. The position supports professional growth through structured onboarding, formal competency assessments, and ongoing access to continuing education opportunities.
