**Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN)** Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Wound Care Registered Nurse for **a direct hire** position a premier wound care company based in Northern California and Northern Nevada. If you're passionate about bringing the latest scientific discoveries to life and are ready to take the next step in your career, trust The Experts at Hiring Experts. **Salary:** $138-148k depending on experience **Overview** : In this role, you'll leverage your wound care expertise to deliver clinical education, support product adoption, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and strategic accounts across Nevada and Northern California-traveling extensively to lead training, drive innovative solutions, improve patient outcomes, and shape the future of wound care. **Schedule:** Traveling position across Northern California and Northern Nevada **Responsibilities:** + Deliver clinical education and training on advanced wound care solutions to healthcare professionals across Nevada and Northern California. + Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Accounts to support product adoption and achieve business goals. + Serve as the primary clinical resource for Territory Sales Managers, providing ongoing mentorship and expertise. + Lead and participate in professional education programs, peer-to-peer events, and clinical evidence initiatives. + Represent the company at wound care associations and events, building clinical advocacy and industry relationships. + Travel extensively (approx. 80%) to top accounts, managing time and resources while improving patient outcomes and driving innovation. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required, Masters degree **_preferred._** + Certified in CWOCN®, CWCN®, CWON®, or CWS®. + 5+ years of experience as a certified wound care clinician. + Strong knowledge of wound care industry, strong industry and clinical network **_preferred._** **What happens next:** Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
