**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to support daily production needs.
+ Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
+ Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe and productive worksite.
+ Load and transport materials while following site regulations and best practices.
+ Identify and report any operational or mechanical issues promptly.

+ Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.
+ Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
+ Willingness to learn and adapt to different equipment and operational needs.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

+ $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
